SI SEMICONDUCTORS CO., LTD. (SISEMI) is one of the largest High-Tech power semiconductors manufacturer founded in 1988 in SHENZHEN,CHINA. We own and operate 4" & 5" semiconductor wafers & devices production lines. The products of SISEMI fall in to the main categories: Bipolar Power Transistors, MOSFET, Schottky Diodes, Variable Capacitance Diode ect.. We have our own IPs for all products that we fabricated.
We have been certified with ISO9001 QUALITY SYSTEM and ISO14001 ENVIRONMENTAL standard certification. The Power Transistors made in SISEMI are widely used in Electronic Ballasts, Electronic Transformers, Switch Power Supplies and charger ect.. With giving important contribution to Chinese green illumination, SISEMI has become a famous supplier of silicon power transistors for green illumination application in China.

In view of the trend in semiconductor market at home and abroad, SISEMI has expand its business. We have built a POWER IC wafer fab and put into service. The 5" wafer fab will be 0.35-0.80um process, specialized in power MOSFET, IGBT, smart power IC.
